In-Person Attendees

Where is the event located?
The summit will be held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. For more information about parking or transit, please visit the Venue Page.

What time should I arrive?
Sessions begin at 8:00 AM (ET). We recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes early to allow time for check-in and security procedures. Breakfast will begin at 7:00 AM (ET).

What do I need for entry?
You will need your personal QR code for entry. This was sent to you via email prior to the event.

Please have your QR code ready (preferably on your phone) to ensure a smooth check-in process.

I can’t find my QR code. What should I do?
Search your email for your QR code email from Agri-Pulse. The QR code will be sent the Friday before the event.
If you are unable to locate it, please contact event support before arriving if possible.

Do I need to check in when I arrive?
Yes. All attendees must check in at the registration desk upon arrival.

Virtual Attendees

How do I access the virtual summit?
All event content, including the live broadcast, is available on the Agri-Pulse event website.

To watch the summit, sign in to your registration account: Sign in here
Use the email address you registered with and the password you created during registration.

When does the live broadcast begin?
The live stream will begin at 8:00 AM (ET) on March 23, 2026.

Do I need to be registered to watch?
Yes. Only registered attendees can access the live broadcast.

Where do I find the live stream after I log in?
Once you are signed in, the live broadcast will appear directly on the event homepage. No additional links or platforms are required.

I don’t see the live stream. What should I do?
• The stream will only appear once the event is live at 8:00 AM (ET)
• Go to the event homepage after signing in: Event Home Page
• Refresh your browser
• Try a different browser if needed

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You will receive an email with instructions within a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive.

I’m having trouble signing in.
• Make sure you are using the same email address you registered with
• Double-check for typos or extra spaces in your password
• Ensure Caps Lock is off
• Try resetting your password

I didn’t receive a registration confirmation email.
• Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Agri-Pulse or Swoogo
• Make sure you completed the full registration process
• If needed, try registering again

The video isn’t loading or keeps buffering.
• Check your internet connection
• Close other tabs or applications
• Try a different browser or device
• Disable ad blockers or browser extensions (these can interfere with Vimeo playback)
