Dave joined CoBank in 2004 and currently manages the bank’s private market investments and rural community facilities financings. He is a member of CoBank’s investment committee, the steering committee of Farm Credit’s Rural Investment and Innovation Workgroup, the board of the National Rural Lenders Association, as well as the limited partner advisory board for a number of private equity funds. Before his current role, Dave financed water, wastewater and municipal solid waste service providers throughout the United States. Prior experience includes fintech startup Blackbird Holdings, Bank of America project finance and the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of Miami University and earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
